Contacted this local used car dealer as I'd previously noticed that they had a workshop and I needed a repair on my car. I had been in contact with other garages but at the last minute I remembered Carters and gave them a ring. Thank god I've still got my memory. Very impressed with how my enquiry was handled and how the work was done. All at a fair price too. It's 5 minutes off the A47, so convenient, even though in a small village and with that "local" personal service. I don't want to go back there too often but I will definitely use them again.

My dad recently purchased a car for me from here. Hes been purchaing cars here for years. The only reputable car company here as he says. As sometimes, things go wrong. Very minor detail being the ciggerate lighter wasn't working. Within 2 minutes of calling, I was told to bring it straight away the next day where the issue was solved within 10 mins. Everyone was so friendly, and got to know you on a personal level which really makes the entire atmosphere much more pleasant because it isn't about grabbing your money and then offering no after service. Beyond pleased, and couldn't recommend them enough. This is the place to get your car, and fantastic after service care.
