After trying to buy the same model of car at another dealership and experiencing some dubious practices I stumbled across Richard Nash cars. They had the same car with lower mileage better condition and a slightly better price. The experience could not have been more different. Although I was 150 miles away the salesman Mark pulled out all the stops as l would have to drive it home the same day. He did exactly as he said he would and even helped with my travel expenses as well. No sales pressure just good honest help so don't have any worries if you are thinking of buying from them. We have bought several nearly new cars over the years from Richard Nash Cars, They are very easy to deal with and no hard sell. They excel at what they do, present very well prepared cars, provide a stress free environment to conduct the transaction and offer but don't push optional extras. During this purchase, I was very happy with the whole process, Steve and John did the paperwork, gave me a very fair part ex value while I drank as much of their coffee as I could! I would recommend that you look at a couple of the more 'traditional' dealers before going to Richard Nash, that way you will more easily see why I am a repeat customer.
