Volvo V40 Cross Country D2 - Purchased June 2021 I would highly recommend Trent View Autos, Kim is knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy in the slightest. We part exchanged our old car and received a very fair value for it. We had a small issue with the car around a week after purchasing it (This can happen with any second hand car), Kim was very helpful and keen to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved swiftly and covered under the 3 month warranty Kim provided.
I would certainly purchase a car from Kim again and found the experience of purchasing a car from Trent View Autos very refreshing. Having experienced pushy salesman in the past when purchasing cars. Kim was genuinely interested in making sure that the car was a good fit for us, being a diesel with a Diesel Particulate Filter he made sure that we were doing the type of mileage which would stop the DPF from getting clogged. 5 Stars
