Total incompetence of service staff at Vauxhall Pentagon - went for service and they forgot to tell me to bring in my spare key as needed a software update. They even rang me on the Friday before to check I was OK for bringing the car in on Monday but NOT the spare key! Cost me 2 hours of my time to return with the spare key. Last time I use them now as had issues before with this garage.

Totally online sale due to lockdown and living so far away from the garage so I had to have total trust in the salesman to be honest about the condition of the car. I unfortunately returned a car that was faulty via the financial ombudsman I have just ordered a brand new Crossland via motability and I got a email from pentagon Oldham this morning they as a group of companies will no longer deal with me as I cost them money for returning a car not fit for purpose I have an email from pentagon oldham for proof and im willing to supply a copy upon request
