I've had VW for 20 years and own a number of VW (some brought from listers), just spoken to a brand manage for VW Lister and was less than helpful, so much so put the phone down on me. Lister why are you putting your servicing prices up and now charging for collection and delivery? in these times you need to be competitive not pricing yourself out of the market.

Bought a yaris, instead of being told this is what the range starts at, they asked my wife how much we can afford, she replied 200 they then went for the dearest model at that price 214 a month. We recently had a 40k service charged a ridiculous 325, 1 bulb had gone they charged a 1. Then told air con not working properly after 2 years from new!. that would be another 89. Between us and late father in law weve had around 8 new cars from listers. Absolutely disgusted there all about profit not customer care!.

Prior to today, my mother and father bought all their business and personal cars through Listers and recommended them highly. Today, we witnessed the degrading treatment of a family who had the audacity to cancel their purchase because of a terminal cancer diagnosis. The way they were spoken to was rude, offhand and degrading. Plus no return of their deposit.

Walked into Mercedes hull the other day and was greeted by Carl. Showed me a few options, showed me around the car and then took me for a test drive. Sat down and gave me options and helped me find the right car that I wanted. Took 2/3 days to prep the car which for me, was really fast work. Paperwork went smoothly and had the support from Carl and Mercedes, defiantly recommend this salesman, awesome job.

My whole experience has been fantastic! Lucy was absolutely incredible and assisted me throughout everything and anything I had questions on or needed further explanations on. I purchased a car from Listers that I had sourced online recently I subsequently picked it up and when I arrived home -some 100 miles away- I noticed some damage to the dashboard - I emailed the salesperson Angelina who had very pleasantly dealt with me - and she immediately got authority to repair the damage and when it had been skilfully repaired and after I had sent evidence of the receipt I was paid in full within 24 hours Excellent customer care throughout the whole process- Thank you and well done! I would buy another car from Listers Honda without hesitation

I had a fantastic buying experience at Listers thanks to Lucy, who's passion and knowledge of the cars made it such an easy decision. I didn't feel pressured into anything at any point, which is a very welcome change to every other time I've bought a car from elsewhere. Lucy was brilliant at making sure that the A Class was definitely the right car for me and it's proved to be absolutely spot on because I love my new car! Always great service when I need to take my car in for any reason. Many levels above the service i have received at other dealerships. I really can't pick fault with any aspect, from reception staff, to service managers, mechanics, great coffee and wifi if you need to do a bit of work whilst waiting, and even the valeting at the end. All very efficient, polite and pleasant.

My Smart had a recall, although I did not purchase the car from them, my husband said could not fault the service offered, he was very impressed, a total opposite of the smart garage we purchased the car from, when new, only a few months ago. We will be back for all future services.

As always Lister's customer service is the very best there is. Our car problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the Technician (Steve) kept us fully informed at all times as well as keeping the cost as low as possible. All cars are built to the same high standards today no matter where you choose to buy one from, but good customer service will always win my order. Can't fault them.

It was my first visit to Listers MB and I received fantastic service from their Service Advisor Shaun Blackshaw yesterday when getting a specialist tyre replaced. The delivery van was caught up in traffic and he had organised a courtesy car for me to save me waiting. In the end the delivery turned up just as he was handing me the keys and he then had the tyre replaced immediately. I can't fault Shaun and will be returning for my next service when it's due.
