Car was delivered on time, hand over was good. Regarding recommendation, be sure you exactly know what you're paying for and what the dealer says is included in the deal.

Outstanding service today My car was showing a fault and needed checking urgently as I had a 300 mile trip. Despite calling stevenage branch where I purchased the car, I was let down and not for the first time! nobody took my call after being fobbed off by sales dept. So I popped in to Royston branch as I happened to be in the area and they couldn't have been more helpful. A nice chap checked everything over and put my mind at rest, sorry I didn't take your name but you did your company proud. The receptionist was equally helpful
