I recently purchased a BMW 1 series from Stratstone at Hull. Bash was my main point of contact and given current delays, he went out of his way to keep me updated with the progress throughout. Purchased a 2 Series Coupe and dealt with Mark Storey, who was excellent throughout the whole process. He kept in regular contact and was genuine and honest. We drove over 130 miles to view and test drive the car, which ended up being late in the day on a Sunday, but we didn't feel pressured at all. We purchased the car and arranged collection the following weekend. Mark discovered an issue with the car (a scratch) the day before collection and whilst we were obviously very disappointed, we were glad it was noticed and going to be sorted.

It was and we picked the car up the following weekend. Mark picked us up from the hotel and the car was presented to us in superb condition. We are rather fussy when it comes to car cleaning/detailing, so it was nice to see such a good job had been done. A few BMW goodies were "thrown in" because of the inconvenience, which was a really nice touch. To summarise, fabulous customer service from Mark and the team at Hull. Very pleased.

Excellent experience. Have dealt with Bash many of time in the past and he has been extremely helpful and understanding. I didn't really want to swap my car but I needed something cheaper he helped me find a car that meets all those standards and is still fantastic. It was easy and simple and has made himself available if I ever have any questions. Truly appreciate the quickness and how he has helped. Will definitely recommend him for anyone needing a car.
