I've had VW for 20 years and own a number of VW (some brought from listers), just spoken to a brand manage for VW Lister and was less than helpful, so much so put the phone down on me. Lister why are you putting your servicing prices up and now charging for collection and delivery? in these times you need to be competitive not pricing yourself out of the market.

Bought a yaris, instead of being told this is what the range starts at, they asked my wife how much we can afford, she replied 200 they then went for the dearest model at that price 214 a month. We recently had a 40k service charged a ridiculous 325, 1 bulb had gone they charged a 1. Then told air con not working properly after 2 years from new!. that would be another 89. Between us and late father in law weve had around 8 new cars from listers. Absolutely disgusted there all about profit not customer care!.

Prior to today, my mother and father bought all their business and personal cars through Listers and recommended them highly. Today, we witnessed the degrading treatment of a family who had the audacity to cancel their purchase because of a terminal cancer diagnosis. The way they were spoken to was rude, offhand and degrading. Plus no return of their deposit.

I purchased a car from Listers that I had sourced online recently I subsequently picked it up and when I arrived home -some 100 miles away- I noticed some damage to the dashboard - I emailed the salesperson Angelina who had very pleasantly dealt with me - and she immediately got authority to repair the damage and when it had been skilfully repaired and after I had sent evidence of the receipt I was paid in full within 24 hours Excellent customer care throughout the whole process- Thank you and well done! I would buy another car from Listers Honda without hesitation

Buying my new car was a really nice experience from beginning to end. I originally made contact with Yasmin through car WOW who was very helpful with a barrage of questions. Eventually bought my new C63 from the Grimsby dealership and all of the guys there made the whole process very quick and easy. I have never spent so much money on a car before but the whole team were really helpful and I got my brand new car in only 1 week. Having had a few stressful experiences buying cars in the past, I would definitely recommend buying your new Mercedes from Listers.

We bought a new Mercedes E220d saloon [what a great car!] from Listers Mercedes-Benz of Grimsby, via Carwow, and are delighted to say that we got a really good deal. The experience was absolutely first rate from start to finish. From the initial discussions with Laura [who was polite friendly and professional] we then had detailed discussions with Zeinab and Luca [who were also as polite friendly and professional] and they made everything easy for us - nothing was too much trouble!
With Listers Mercedes-Benz of Grimsby we experienced good 'old fashioned' service, courtesy and commitment - a rare thing in this day and age. On handover day [2nd February 2018] we were made to feel most welcome at the dealership and had great assistance from Chris [signing the numerous forms], Adam [familiarisation of the vehicle] and Luca. We came away from the dealership happy in the knowledge that we had bought from an excellent and professional company. This is the first time we have bought a car through an internet sale and would be happy to repeat it with Listers Grimsby sometime in the future.

I bought a Mercedes SLC from Listers over the internet, a new and slightly nervous experience for me. I shouldn't have worried, it turned out to be one of the easiest and least stressful purchases I have ever made. Staggeringly good deal too. Communications were excellent throughout the order period, and the car was delivered to my door bang on time. A perfect result. Thanks to Luca and his team.

Happy with the car and the service. Chris hann and Ryan were excellent. The only Criticism would be we had to wait Longer than normal as you were very busy and Chris was the only one doing the paper work. Maybe if he had help it would have been better

Everything seemed to work as planned with the staff at Listers Grimsby very informative and helpful. The only gripe we have is with Mercedes because the new colour Denim Blue is far darker in reality than it appears on line in their build a Mercedes. We were unable to check out the colour on other vehicles as we ordered the car in January 2019 before any were available in UK.

Great service from Jordan and the team at Listers of Grimsby. Located a 67 place SLC for my wife at a really good price. Jordan quickly prepared a video with the key features of the vehicle clearly highlighted. Went to visit and got a reasonable trade in price as well as a good deal of patience from Jordan whilst we test drove the SLC and a C class Cabriolet- which was very impressive. Picked the car up on Saturday 28th and although Jordan was busy with a prior appointment at the showroom was well looked after.
My wife is well pleased so far - learning the essential technologies to link phones and ipods. Car looks great ! Thanks for the great work so far and hope we can rely on this should there be any issues .

I traded up my car to a Used Mercedes from a Nissan terrano a few years ago and in the past I have spent a fortune getting my cars repaired. But since I got a Mercedes ML300 sport I have been back to Mercedes for repairs but only for minor things. I have had it MOT and services several times and apart from one time it has flown through with only minor things needing doing. But even when it needed the brake cables replacing which was a major job the initial quote was for over 1000 but after some negotiation they did the job for 750.
I would dread MOT and services as they would always cost me a fortune, but since getting a Mercedes its been the most reliable car ever. The Grimsby garage has never been nothing but fair and never charged me for anything that was not needed. Always polite and dont charge for things other garages charge for. I tried trading my car in last year and there was no hard sell and walked away without trading in as they couldnt find the car I wanted at the price I was able to afford. Not many dealers you can say that the salesmen are more about listening to the customer than the hard sell.

Found a beauty on the Listers website, it was in Hull. I arranged a test drive of a similar one with a nice young chap called Harry. To be honest I was almost smitten before the test drive , however the test drive confirmed my desire. I was planning to wait until my birthday came in July, but as a typical man , I couldnt. The whole process from Test drive to picking up my nice shiny gleaming black CLS 220 was 6 days. Taxed, insured the lot.
I even received a video confirmation that my new car was in town... I cant fault the service from the team, and would quite happily buy again in the future and recommend them to potential new customers.
Needless to say the compliments Ive received in the time are very nice and pleasing to hear. I feel really happy that I have a beautiful car to drive about , and its a head turner for sure.
