What can I say? Great service, the car was prepared to the highest possible standard, the video previews of the car before sale and just prior to delivery were excellent. The delivery itself was perfect, arrived exactly when expected. No questions were too difficult and always answered honestly. Would I recommend this garage?!005 I would and I'll be keeping my eyes on the stock inventory if I ever need another car. Umesh is a top man and I do wish other take a leaf out of his book and do not just look at the sale, the customer experience is equally important. I cannot thank you enough especially as this was a 100% remote purchase.

We purchased a vehicle from Umesh last March, our second from him and the customer service was as expected, excellent. We had a recent issue, 12 months after purchase, and initially were simply looking for advice. However, he offered us a practical and helpful solution without hesitation. This was not expected and helped us during a very difficult time. After sales customer service is lacking with so many businesses, but not here. Thanks so much it was appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend you.

Recently dropped in to Umesh's showroom with the wife and our 3 year old. Umesh could not of been more helpful. Great knowledge, friendly and no pressure to buy approach was a breath of fresh air. Believe all the hype and reviews, if your in the market for a car give Umesh a visit. His showroom was packed with quality low mileage cars and although the car we went to see was already sold, Umesh was more than happy to source a car to suit. I'll certainly be visiting Umesh again in the future when we need another car. Highly recommended

I was searching the internet for a newer car and came across Umesh Samani and I am glad I did. He had exactly the car I wanted (VW Tiguan with many extras and the all important tow bar at the right price). He is the consummate professional from the first telephone call to the day we met and collected the car. His service levels and attention to detail is second to none which is sadly rare these days but quite delightful when you unexpectedly receive it.
He made the whole car buying experience a joy and I can 'hand on heart' recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I will definitely be back to buy again when the time is right.
