7/8* to Spencer and Neil as their efforts are limited, plus 6* to sales team! But as company and I do know what I'm writing probably around 3*ish! They (Volvo and Renault will never be prepared to accept their liabilities) just want to have all done on them side! Special thanks to BRS girls, however not mentioning names as strictly business!
