It was easy to book the service with your helpful staff and when I arrived I was expected and again staff were helpful giving me the information I needed. I had an email updating me on the process and on completion of the service I was telephoned in good time to allow me to travel back to Royston to pick up the car.

Ian the mechanic couldn't have done a better more thorough job, all with a smile on his face! Absolutely couldn't recommend the service more. Always very accommodating and friendly - picked my car up from home and returned it afterwards.

From reception entry to collection, the whole process was as expected from John R Ford, Vehicle was in for service and repair, parts were required, recurred and dealt with promptly and very happy with the service provided. Having the car collected from and returned to home is such a bonus - and Tony is such a lovely man, very helpful and friendly.
