My car was collected from my drive in the morning for its MOT and Service, then delivered back in the afternoon. So convenient, as I don't live near the Hyundai Garage. The member of staff was most courteous, helpful and efficient. I had a phone call to let me know when it was ready. My car was gleaming after its wash & valet. The paperwork had all the necessary details. I would highly recommend this service.

I'd endorse Motorfair because - superb service right from initial test drive through to and including handover. New plug-in Hybrid car was a quantum leap for me and the Salesperson, (Rod), clearly explained all features and benefits of the Car. Rod was very patient throughout and never made me feel embarrassed to ask any question - no such thing as a silly question. He went to great lengths to talk me through everything on handover, even accompanying me for a short drive to familiarise me with the car/controls.
All finance and GAP paperwork thoroughly explained before signature and documentation sent in advance so I had chance to read & digest it. Follow-up phone call received after handover to see how I was getting on and to answer any questions I had. Overall first class treatment and service - thank you Rod. Would highly recommend
