I've had VW for 20 years and own a number of VW (some brought from listers), just spoken to a brand manage for VW Lister and was less than helpful, so much so put the phone down on me. Lister why are you putting your servicing prices up and now charging for collection and delivery? in these times you need to be competitive not pricing yourself out of the market.

Bought a yaris, instead of being told this is what the range starts at, they asked my wife how much we can afford, she replied 200 they then went for the dearest model at that price 214 a month. We recently had a 40k service charged a ridiculous 325, 1 bulb had gone they charged a 1. Then told air con not working properly after 2 years from new!. that would be another 89. Between us and late father in law weve had around 8 new cars from listers. Absolutely disgusted there all about profit not customer care!.

Prior to today, my mother and father bought all their business and personal cars through Listers and recommended them highly. Today, we witnessed the degrading treatment of a family who had the audacity to cancel their purchase because of a terminal cancer diagnosis. The way they were spoken to was rude, offhand and degrading. Plus no return of their deposit.

Brilliant customer service when I was there, catered for all my needs and suitability. Met all deadlines and gave specific dates when told. Gave me all my information that I needed to know and went through paperwork until I understood. Overall couldnt say a bad thing.

I purchased a car from Listers that I had sourced online recently I subsequently picked it up and when I arrived home -some 100 miles away- I noticed some damage to the dashboard - I emailed the salesperson Angelina who had very pleasantly dealt with me - and she immediately got authority to repair the damage and when it had been skilfully repaired and after I had sent evidence of the receipt I was paid in full within 24 hours Excellent customer care throughout the whole process- Thank you and well done! I would buy another car from Listers Honda without hesitation

I'm the proud owner of two Audi cars and unfortunately one developed a comp!ex fault a few months ago which resulted in the car spending a fair amount of time with the dealership. I am pleased to say all the problems are now history and my pride and joy is back with me. The service staff at Solihull always treated me with respect and in a professional manner, Michael and Sarah looked after me so a big thank you to you both for your patience and help throughout.
A big Thank you to the workshop techs for working on the car but the workshop manager Paul Newman, great bloke with a wealth of knowledge who explained everything to me thoroughly and in easy to understand way, thank you Paul.
Dealerships are the face of the brand, and the solihull dealership worked hard in restoring my faith in the Audi brand, which deserves a big thumbs up. I will defiantly buy my next cars from Listers Group along with service packages to give me peace of mind and more than likely another Audi. Thanks all at Audi Solihull, keep up the good work and thanks again for your help and support.

This was our fifth Audi purchase from Birmingham Audi and was probably the most smooth. Mark Horton has been excellent from start to finish keeping us fully updated on the status of the car and going out of his way to help us. We got the car much quicker than expected and are very pleased with our new A3. Our experience this time has been 10 out of 10 and we would recommend Birmingham Audi and Mark to anyone thinking of buying a new or used Audi.

I have been looking for a TTs for a while now and checked out local Audi Dealers in the last 12 months but due to their unacceptable customer service, I did not go ahead purchasing a car from them.
