Receiving an email declaring that you are there for me during this COVID crisis is an insult to my intelligence, you could not be bothered to repair my car so do not claim you are at all interested or trained in customer service. I had to award one star to allow this to go through and that's the only reason you got one

Bought a car in August 2020 and it's been in for repairs more times than I have driven it, I even took 1000 worth of insurances which aren't worth the paper they are wrote on. The manager of the branch I bought it from in Mansfield was so embarrassed that he lent me his own brand new company car for a week while they fixed all the problems. I have done less than 5000 miles since I bought it as I am disabled. Today, I took the car to the car wash and my wife and myself ended up drenched and the car flooded. WATER COMING IN THROUGH THE BULKHEAD. Took it to Bristol St Hartlepool and they sent me to another garage not part of Vurtu, where I was obviously turned away.

No one from Bristol St will fix this problem for me, ,,,,,,,,, 74 and disabled. YOU ARE A DISGRACE! Oh yes, and it is impossible to contact anyone by phone. This is making me very ill and no one cares.

Really friendly staff. There is no pressure put on you to buy and you are left to browse at your leisure. When you need help they will always offer impartial advice and happily organise tets drives etc. The service centre is also top notch, car is ready when they say it will be and always nice and clean. Will definitely return when my lease is due.

"To deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust" Vertu Motors plc. You may want to send a memo to Leeds as they have clearly lost their way. The car was good, the deal was good enough, But as the soon as the 1000 deposit was paid it went down hill fast with me being called a liar! What should of been a great experience turned into very miserable and bitter 60 mile journey home. 6 days later and I'm still waiting for my 1000 deposit to be returned, but I really wouldn't expect anything less.
