Very friendly staff without being pushy. Allowed us time to consider options and become familiar with the car. Some technical issues with the computer system meant some waiting around, but staff did their best to make up for this.

Arranged finance on a mini for my gf. Everything was explained well and staff were transparent about the car and process. Kelly was super knowledgeable about the car and spent a lot of time with us to get to know it. Had a great test drive. Would recommend, a really nice experience.
