I purchased an Xtrail from Sturgess in June 24 and have been plagued with issues, initially in the 6 month warranty but have continued into now 12 months and resulting in a repair bill upwards of 2500 as well as countless phone calls, hours lost from work etc . All the ongoing issues were raised in the 6 month warranty ( DPF ,ECU air con refilled 2 days after collection and quickly emptied but apparently my fault as the condenser is cracked ) They dont respond to calls. Do not buy from them

I walked in this morning with my wife to query about a motability vehicle for our mother. Unfortunately a motability advisor wasn't available, However we were seen by another gentleman named Mo who really deeply upset us which has left a bad taste in our mouth. He has literally discriminated our mother's disability by making comments which are deemed offensive and unwelcoming. One of the comments he made was that your mother must be strong enough to lift her own wheelchair and he is laughing on our face whilst speaking to us.

This is just one of several disgusting comments he has made which is classed offensive and upsetting. This man who represents the sturgess group is not fit enough to be employed at Sturgess. I'm telling you guys that either you rectify this to our satisfactory or we will be considering legal proceedings against the employee and your company I would not even rate this business a 1star if I could

WHAT SERVICE! I have recently purchased a 2020 Evoque from Sturgess Leicester. Jack Davey the sales man who dealt with my purchase was amazing! To say the least it was not a smooth deal but Jack did his best under extreme pressure ( Not to do with the Dealership).Jack kept us informed at all stages of the process and was outstanding in his determination! I am so pleased with my new car. Land Rover have done a fine job on this new car. What a difference from my old Evoque (2016). I hope the Service Department can live up to the brilliant service I have received from Sales. CONGRATULATIONS JACK!

Having an older Volvo we have been looked after extremely well. There is no pressure to change it for a newer model and the staff are excellent. We are told what any repairs are going to cost beforehand and there is no pressure. Customer service is excellent and they could certainly teach others how to treat customers. I would recommend this company to anyone. We will always be taking the car back to them in the future.

I found the whole experiencie great! Never having spent so much on a car before I wanted to make sure that my new Land Rover Discovery Sport was going to be dovetailed to exactly what I wanted. Simon Row (Sturgess Land Rover, Leicester) was very helpful in this respect and also very patient with the many "tweaks" to our order that we kept making. Very good at explaining all the ins and outs, not only of the buying process but also of going through all the controls and gizmos on handover. Would definitely buy another car from this guy!

Dealing with Sturgess Leicester for the purchase of a new Land Rover has been a refreshing experience, in a world of under-performing dealers.
