Straightforward, honest approach with none of the usual hard sell approach we've experienced at other dealers. Didn't try and sell us anything we didn't ask for and gave a competitive price for our part exchanges. Adam gave us plenty of time on our own with the car to make a decision and sorted out the one minor defect swiftly so we could still pick the car up on the next working day. He also made sure there was ample fuel in the tank to get us home and didn't charge for it, unlike other companies or slip in an admin charge. Although they are an hour and a half away we would really like to buy our next car from Adam!
