Recently bought a lovely Seat Leon estate from these guys (I think Jason and Peter, if I recall correctly?). Very polite and professional from start to finish. I didn't feel rushed or patronised as has been my experience of some car sales in the past. They serviced and MOT'd my car before collection. They even went so far as to collect me from the local train station when the weather was naff to save me getting soaked!
Little touches like that make all the difference, and it was very much appreciated- thank you guys! I thoroughly recommend Romsey Car Centre if you're looking for a car, they were a real pleasure to deal with!

I bought a car from Romsey Car Sales a few weeks ago which sadly had a few faults. Steve and Jimmy offered to fix all of the faults but my wife and I felt concerned about reliability in the future so asked to return the car for a refund which they did without making things difficult or making us feel awkward. It's a shame it didn't work out with the car but I was really relieved and grateful that they acted so considerately and fairly in this tricky situation. They are now looking into sourcing an alternative vehicle and I'd have no hesitation buying another car from them following this experience.

Brought a bmw 1 series for 7k, broke down after 2 days on the motorway, called up and they was hesitant to give me a courtesy car due to being 24?. Although I got my money back, I had to pay 70 out of my own pocket to get recovered. After arguments on the phone they finally decided to refund me because the wanted to check if I damaged the vehicle myself.

I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from them two months ago really professional and helpful staff made buying the car so easy. Additional praise to Jason who included a new cam belt and water pump in the sale price. Really good after sales service as well. Would thoroughly recommend this team.

I have travelled from London to buy a Honda Civic Estate in Romsey Car Centre and it was worth it. Great selection of cars. Cars are well looked after, serviced and ready for sale. Great thanks Jason for selling us a great car: Also such a smooth transaction and helping with buying process. I really recommend this place. Guys here are very helpful but not pushy so they leave the space for making your own decicion which I valued a lot. Once again thanks for your good service.

My son needed a quick replacement car and Jason could not have been more helpful, sorting a quick service on a Saturday so we could complete purchase within a few hours. They have already carried out no-quibble warranty work when a filter needed changing. Great communication and customer service. Restored our faith in used car dealers after a previous bad experience. Highly recommended.
