I recently bought a mini JCW from them and found them to be nothing but professional from start to finish. The communication was superb. I was kept informed about how the car was being prepared and everything was done in good time. I had a small issue with the drivers seat. When I informed Ben he arranged for a garage local to me to do the repair and promptly settled the bill for the work. When buying a used car we all worry if something does wrong. That's when you find just how good a dealership is! The next time I'm looking for a new car I'll be trying abbey Park cars First.

Had a very enjoyable visit with Abbey Park Cars today! We had been in email contact with Ben the last few days regarding a car and we decided to take the 4 hour train journey down as we had already sold our car. Ben was kind enough to offer to pick us up from the station and it was lovely to chat with him about his experience and the company he has built up and developed. Ben was so patient with us and our circumstances; as we were waiting for the payment to arrive in our account before we could proceed with the purchase, he even came up with alternative solutions in case we were unable to sort anything the same day.

It was a truly wonderful experience and has really changed my view on car buying. Ben and his team at Abbey Park Cars are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

Abbey Park Cars provides a very professional tailored service. I got in touch with Ben regarding a Red Mini Countryman and he very quickly sent me a detailed video of the car and all its features. I was so impressed with the car quality and price point that I decided to drive from Manchester to view the vehicle. The purchase process was so efficient and quick which was essential as I had a toddler with me. Ben and his team had sorted out all the paperwork and gave me all the key advice I needed prior to purchase. I cannot thank the team enough for their wonderful customer service. Unbelievable service from start to finish. Being based in NI and with pandemic in place it wasn't just as easy to jump on the next flight to view a car we had our eyes on. Ben provided detailed videos, photos and all paperwork via text messages which helped us to make a quick decision on the car. Ben kept the car in storage while we arranged pickup which was no issue. Ben provided a brillante experience for us as I've never bought a car before without viewing it, and I have to say the car spec is unbelievable. Delighted with my purchase, I'll defiantly do business with Abbey Park Cars again.

Recently purchased my BMW 1 Series M sport from them and having owned it for the last 4 months Its been running smoothly with no issues at all. The gentlemen that served us was extremely attentive and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase which was his main priority. He was extremely helpful and made any changes that was required to the car and even had it delivered as I travelled a bit of a distance to come and see him.
