Sold me a car that had been in an accident and was damaged underneath. Were rude to deal with on the phone before I bought the car, should have listened to my gut and avoided. Sent me photos of the car I bought to try and say the car wasn't damaged, wasn't even my car in the photos. They offered to pay half the price of the cost to fix my car which I eventually accepted but only because it was causing me so much stress. Was meant to come with 6 month warranty, no mention of this when fixing issues with the car. Obviously hadn't been mot'd properly either as if it had the damage and bit of headlight would have been noticed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Very rude, ripped me off as they said i needed new brakes and when they fitted them they snapped off the sensors on the brakes.less than two months later i heard a grinding sound and i had only done about 300 to 400 miles since they did my brakes, so i took my car into a garage i was near at the time (a multi national company) and they showed me the pads which were only replaced a month or so ago and the mechanic said no way they were replaced 2 months ago but probably 12 to 18 months ago and as the sensors were snapped off i now needed new discs which cost me another 500. pounds plus with singlewell's bill was over 600 pounds so now i am 1100 pounds out of pocket when the original bill should only have been 300 pounds! Also the second bill i had from the national company was a lot cheaper and they had fitted discs! company's like these should be shut down as they are definitely cowboys! not Indians.
