Benfield Motor Group, is an independent family owned business that was founded in the North East in 1957. The business was started by the late John Squires Senior from a single used car garage in Byker, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and was incorporated as Addison Motors Limited when the present Chairman John Squires joined the business in 1962.
