Wrong price! The car that I wanted to buy is around 50k but the staff told me it was 80k. Terrible place, they would talk to you according to your appearance and colour. Nice cars, bad staff. I'm definitely not doing business with them.

Purchased a used car for 54k just 1 year on and after having body work re done as it was not correctly repaired costing an additional 2k which was my choice elsewhere, I then looked at swapping with hr Owen for a newer model. Apart from unprecedented new phone calls looking great they offered me. 37k a total loss of 19k. When I originally purchased I said I would change in a year and asked what I would lose, loss of 5k I was told!

I change my car every year it has only done 3k mikes in just a year. Cars lose money agreed however I was also Offered 46 from imperials and 44 from Lancaster. Wait for it. HR OWEN said it's because of Brexit. How about F off and your trying to rip me off. H R OWEN = RIP OFF, no pulling my pants down! I would rather set the car on fire than take that. I'm not upset by this one bit as you can tell.;-

I bought a Maserati Ghibli from H R Owen, the quality of the car is a joke and the treatment from Maserati and their "after sales" has been and continues to be shockingly bad. In the unlikely event this changes I will update this post. Sadly I can't leave a 'no' star rating!

Showroom on Berkeley Square is great. The stock is well presented and intelligently done allowing you to view a variety of features and finishes. The staff are helpful and polite and truly knowledgable. Sarah is particularly helpful, efficient and totally blew me away with her in depth knowledge and desire to please. John was also very helpful and everyone seems to go above and beyond which is what you would expect from Rolls Royce. Will definitely be going back!
