Bought a Renault Captur from Jasmine a few months ago and car is going perfect. CMW were easy to deal with and really appreciated them getting the wheels fixed and touch ups done prior to purchasing. Nice, polite, friendly staff with decent cars with low mileage. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I purchased a car here last week, was really impressed with the service from Jasmine lovely friendly and no pressure. However the experience was ruined by the presentation of the vehicle. They had 7 days between us agreeing to buy and collecting the car but when we picked the car up it had not been cleaned. The outside was filthy and covered in cobwebs. The inside had white marks on the seats and something had been sprayed inside which left a residue on the steering wheel, door controls etc.
I called to advise them of this and they said it was cleaned and they would clean it again if I bought it back which I advised I did not have the time to do this and I have booked the car to be professionally cleaned outside my home. This is not what I would have expected and has left me feeling very disappointed.
