We decided we wanted to buy a new car, so we searched around and came across Infinity Motors. We called them up to see if they still had the car for sale and to let them know that we would travel up to view it. Adam kept us informed and rang us on the day to see what time we would be arriving, so that they could get it in the showroom ready.

On arrival, Adam greeted us and showed us to the car; he also said, "feel free to look around at any others you may like." Not like the usual pushy salesmen at the local garages we had been to previously. We decided we loved the Range Rover and took it for a test drive. I fell in love with it, so we went ahead and bought it.

A few weeks later, we had a few hiccups with the car, so we phoned Infinity Motors, and Leigh had sorted these for us fairly quickly. We decided the car wasn't for us and opted to change it for a Tiguan. Leigh was amazing throughout and even had the car to us the next morning, so that I wasnt without a car - fabulous service. Definitely recommend Infinity Motors; would also recommend their extended warranty service too.

Great service! Arranged a viewing and test drive on Saturday 8th February - and drove away in my BMW 116d just a couple of hours later! I visited the dealership today in hopes of purchasing a 7 seater family car however they did not have it available. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they have a wide range of cars for all needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional, advising customers on what would benefit the customers, rather than the business itself. I have used Infinity Motors services & if I had 10 I would give them because they deserve it. Specialy Collin was brilliant. He organised some to pick me up from Train station as I had travelled from North of England and my last train was cancelled, knowing that they were finishing at 6 pm on a Saturday. They have made sure I was picked up from station.

He even organised my road tax for the car I bought & forgotten about it. Soon as I arrived their show room He sorted it out ready waiting for me. Once more thank you Colin and Infinity motors.

Had a couple issues with the car initially but communication was great and every time I called the sales advisors were helpful and professional. All issues now resolved and now have a car Im very happy with. Paul and Leigh both went the extra mile to help me whenever I called or emailed.

Paul at Infinity was absolutely fantastic, I was unfortunately buying as a result of a written off car, but Paul made the experience of buying a car a joyful experience in the midst of the horror of dealing with insurance companies, and was more than accommodating for my needs, and helpful dealing with problematic insurance. I would highly recommend buying from infinity motors, and if you are dealing with Paul, count your lucky stars!

The website was clearly organised and easy to find what we were looking for. There were no surprises when we booked for a test drive. We received very friendly service throughout and a thorough handover where everything was explained in clear detail. I do not hesitate to recommend Infinity Motors.

The first thing to mention is to read the small print as this is one those garages that charge an admin fee however we went to see the vehicle. It wasnt quite as described there were scratch marks on the rear panel and also on the front panel we test drove the vehicle and apart from those items mention appeared really clean and nice we tried to PX Our own vehicle and they offered quite a iow value They stuck to their price so we walked away.

We then sold our car privately for 1200 more than they offered after careful consideration we went back to them and they agreed to rectify the paintwork and service the vehicle with full 12 months MOT which they did and the week later the vehicle was our we have now covered some 250 miles in a very short space of time and I have to say the vehicle is 100% now negatives apart They were polite helpful offered the usual Tea coffee water on the whole Found them quite reasonable to deal with would I use them again? Yes, I would.

They carry a good Stoke of different vehicles and Im sure you would find something that would suit your needs. We are more than satisfied With the service We received and would definitely recommend This firm if youre not afraid of a bit Of halgaling

I brought a used car from Infinity Motors and have to the service was impeccable. Such a friendly and helpful bunch of guys. There was a minor problem two weeks after purchase and it was sorted out immediately without fuss. When I did buy the car an offer of an extended warranty was given but I declined and the sales guy did not try to push in any way. All in all a great company to deal with and would highly recommend using them.

Excellent service from Leigh at Infinity Motors. I purchased an Audi A4 from them at the weekend and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Their showroom is lovely and the test drive route was generous. Leigh was very friendly as was Wasif when I placed a deposit, and dealing with the company as a whole didnt feel like your typical pushy used car dealership.
