Excellent family run garage. I have used Vickers for many years to purchase my Fiat cars from. The staff are really friendly and helpful some of them have been there for years so that shows that it must be a well run company. I just love Fiat cars and wouldn't go anywhere else and they do the best MOCHA coffee I have ever tasted. I would go there just for the coffee if I could! Well done Vickers and thank you for the years of service you have given me.

My experience at T J Vickers Telford was memorable because Steve is a brilliant sales man. He is efficient, pleasant without being pushy. This is the 3rd car I have bought from Steve and would highly recommend him. I would buy every car from Steve if he always had the cars I wanted.

More interested in sales figures than actually offering customer what he asked for. Told me car was in stock and took deposit. Two weeks later told it would be another two weeks. Honest you say! Full of it.

I had my car booked in for a service and had said I would need to wait. I wanted a drink whilst waiting but was told I'd have to walk 40 minutes to Starbucks. I was surprised as I'd been offered a drink when looking to purchase. I explained I couldn't walk (I'm disabled) but was told they didn't want to wash customers cups due to covid). I then see numerous staff with paper cups with coffee - they clearly have facilities so I ask again and was refused.
I'm quite disgusted. If they had said there were no facilities I'd have brought a drink with me. Having Sjogran's, not having a drink makes you feel you can't breathe. Watching everyone walk around with their drinks clearly from a machine wasn't pleasant. I should've pretended I wanted to buy another car!

Posting this review on behalf of my dad as he is 75 years old and not particularly computer savvy. He recently purchased s brand new Suzuki Ignis from this dealership. On collection day he was presented with a flashing orange light on the dash (after furter attention from the dealer it turns out that there is a fault with the hybrid battery and it needs to be replaced). Apparantly this battery is out of stock and delivery time is unknown.
This is completely unnaceptable as the car is now no longer a hybrid. This was his second car from T J vickers but probably the last. After sales seems to be non existant. If you buy a new car from here check it over with a fine tooth comb before accepting delivery. Because you will not be looked after once you roll off the forecourt.

Disappointing visit. Car we reserved was a wreck inside, scratches, scuffs on roof gloves box etc. Really should have been told about this before making the wasted journey. Anti climax and definitely not main dealer standards. More about the sales figures here.

Would've given 10 stars if I could! Gent is the best. he is both professional and friendly : he walked us through the purchase process, making it a fuss-free one, and arranged our car to be delivered to door seamlessly so that we didn't have to make a trip to Telford during lockdown. He also checked back after a week to see if we're happy with the car. Thank you for the excellent service!
