Megan, during the collection, conducted a thorough demonstration of all functionalities. David and his team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and make us feel welcome.

The depth of product knowledge displayed by everyone was truly impressive. It was reassuring to know that their state-of-the-art workshops could address any potential issues that might arise in the future. Just collected a motorhome from Roseisle. From the first visit discussions with David the manager, they were excellent. Yesterday, Megan spent three hours with me going through everything about the van during the handover. What a pleasant, impressive and knowledgable young lady. Service from day one was superb. Cannot see any reason not to return to this company. Very impressed a big thank you to the staff.

Roseisle is the best! After planning our first trip to Scotland, the wife and I wanted to do something a little bit out of our comfort zone.drive in a country we've never been to, on the other side of the road! After hours of research for the best motorhome hire companies, I kept coming back to Roseisle. The entire experience, even before starting the caravan up, was exceptional.

The staff graciously picked us up from the nearby train station. Everyone we talked to made us feel like family and many laughs/jokes were exchanged. As for the caravan itself, it was easy to drive (once I got used to driving on the other side of the road). The Highlands of Scotland were magical, and Roseisle assisted us with being able to explore. When we return, we will no doubt hire Roseisle again.

We purchased our motorhome on 14 May and apologies for delayed review, but we've been too busy using it to find the time to post a review. Fabulous five star service from start to finish and we can't praise the staff highly enough. It's the little things that count. This is a family run business, not a mult-national one and they pride themselves in offering a first class, 100% satisfaction service.

All the staff go over and above what is expected and they cannot do enough to make sure you go away happy. We live in Lincolnshire so it was quite a journey to view and collect our motorhome but well worth it. We look forward to popping in for cakes and coffee when we venture "up North" on holiday, we will definitely receive a warm welcome. Big thank you to all. Christine and Andrew

I was extremely happy with the customer service both before and after purchasing a camper van from Roseisle. They treated me very well and helped out with an issue I was having with the van and even did some extra adjustments free of charge. Great place to rent a campervan. Nearly new, clean vehicles (ours was 6 months old); really helpful and knowledgeable staff. As well as explaining how the van worked, we got really good suggestions on places to visit. A thorough vehicle check before you leave (with photos of existing damage/scratches emailed to you). Can't recommend enough.

Excellent Based on 1,018 reviews on by Debbie Mclean 113 minutes ago I had the best experience life could. I had the best experience life could offfer doing the NC500 in The Compact plus model, the handover was great and everything was explained to me, every question I asked was answered and anything I was unsure of was explained to me in great detail.

The van was cleaned to a very high standard and everything you needed was in the van that you needed for.your travels all i needed to pack was clothes and food. Taking the van back was just as easy. John Paul was very efficient and polite, couldnt have asked for a better experience. Looking to book again for next year EXCELLENT SERVICE

No complaints about the campervan itself which was received as expected but never have i ever seen this kind of customer service before. Had a minor scratch at the bottom of the van which already had few previous scratches and was asked to pay 326 to replace the bumper which was actually 75 +50 manhour (as i was told later) and they were just. trying to take advantage of me.

When i objected the high cost and need of replacement instead of repair the owner got very aggressive with very unprofessional manner and used foul language. The actual cost of new bumper was 75 from vendor which somehow dropped and they were just trying to take advantage of me. Additional i had paid in advance for compressive insurance cover with 1200 excess but on the day of picking up van i was told that the excess has been increased to 1500 and i would need to pay more to get lower excess.

First class service and experience renting from these guys.would and already have recommended. Bessie was a treat to drive and use for ten days

Super friendly company with awesome vans. Rented a van for two weeks and it was amazing. Everything we wanted. The staff explained everything to us, how it worked, the payment and so on. Not much to complain about. We will definitely rent from them again.

Our renting experience with Roseisle was fantastic! My wife and I came over from the US for our honeymoon and everyone at Roseisle was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They explained everything thoroughly and helped us feel much better about driving in a different country. Neither my wife nor I had ever traveled in a campervan before, but Roseisle did such a good job with the orientation that we immediately felt right at home.

The van itself was clean, well-stocked, and in perfect condition; it's clear that everyone at Roseisle takes great pride in what they do. We highly recommend them and we would happily rent from them again!

Our first experience has been absolutely PERFECT! The campervan (Adria Compact) was great, fully equipped, and the staff so kind and helpful. We got exactly what we expected - maybe more! We really enjoyed our 15 days through beautiful Scotland and the wild camping. Really we couldn't ask for more. We definitely would recommend Roseisle - and hope to repeat the experience soon!
