Lovely, well maintained and presented building and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.... free (proper) coffee and mince pies.... and why not? We only dropped in to purchase a small gift for my son but we were treated the same as if we were about to purchase a new car. Would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Lincoln.

Rang them up Monday to order a SLK roof headliner and they had it in stock and reserved it for me for the Friday. I think I waited 5 minutes when I got there and this fella came out sporting a Christmas jumper, carrying my box. Brilliant quick service.

The car service was performed efficiently and promptly, and I was kept fully informed of the work undertaken and recommended actions. However I would prefer to make telephone bookings directly with the service department rather than via a call back arrangement

Bought a yaris, instead of being told this is what the range starts at, they asked my wife how much we can afford, she replied 200 they then went for the dearest model at that price 214 a month. We recently had a 40k service charged a ridiculous 325, 1 bulb had gone they charged a 1. Then told air con not working properly after 2 years from new!. that would be another 89. Between us and late father in law weve had around 8 new cars from listers. Absolutely disgusted there all about profit not customer care!.

Prior to today, my mother and father bought all their business and personal cars through Listers and recommended them highly. Today, we witnessed the degrading treatment of a family who had the audacity to cancel their purchase because of a terminal cancer diagnosis. The way they were spoken to was rude, offhand and degrading. Plus no return of their deposit.

I purchased a car from Listers that I had sourced online recently I subsequently picked it up and when I arrived home -some 100 miles away- I noticed some damage to the dashboard - I emailed the salesperson Angelina who had very pleasantly dealt with me - and she immediately got authority to repair the damage and when it had been skilfully repaired and after I had sent evidence of the receipt I was paid in full within 24 hours Excellent customer care throughout the whole process- Thank you and well done! I would buy another car from Listers Honda without hesitation

First time purchasing a car from Listers of Lincoln. Was sorted out with an A Class AMG by Dave and the whole process was painless and stress free. The service I received their was very professional and informative. I didn't have any sales and extras pushed on me and the whole process from first conversation to pick up was done in a couple of days. Very helpful team and very happy with my car.

Had to wait a bit longer due to mistake with ordering but oh my! Well worth the wait . Handover day was smooth and staff very helpful. We were well looked after, will definitely go back. Had a courtesy call after a few days to make sure we were happy with the car. I can honestly say I love my new car.

We have recently taken delivery of our third new vehicle from Listers in Lincoln and yet again have been extremely satisfied with the whole experience. This is the second one that Jason has sold us and it certainly helps having an established contact. Not only did he provide a selection of vehicles for us to try, he was also patient as we finally agreed on a final specification. Servicing arrangements are also well handled with cars being collected and delivered with a minimum of fuss.
