Purchased my car from Taylor's and the team have always ensured that I am happy and everything is working well. Minor issues with the car just like any car or house I could buy, however it is always seen to and corrected promptly. The team ensure you feel welcome and nothing is ever too much. Popping down for a new bulb to be fitted, or any other problem if there is any. Elliott worked hard to ensure I would get my finance even though my credit wasn't too great at the time. I am happy a year and half later. My friend signposted me to Taylor's as she had good experiences to share and I was in need of a good reliable motor. Would highly recommend this service

Worst experience me and my wife have had purchasing a car! Car was damaged when viewed we was told this would be taken care of and never was. Car was highly over priced and Is worth 5000 less 3 months down the line. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent sales team. Avoid this motor group

Shows pictures of undamaged car then when you get there the car is damaged front bumper bonnet windscreen back bumper then asked for 500 pounds to retain car and they will fix it next time do your selfs a favor and don't waste peoples time

Arrived at TMG and was welcomed by Elliot and Peter, very professional and friendly. I test drove and purchased a Meredes C250 Covertible. Trading in my Merc A180d which they gave me a very competitive price for. I picked the car up and as promised the car was presented immaculately, a new MOT and service and 4 new tyres. I recently purchased a car from previously being in a Demo through work, so was a little worried about buying a used car, but dropped a message regarding a used motor, Eliot swirly responded to me, & gave me photos of the car in question plus another that had just arrived. The one that had just arrived was beautiful, just what I was looking for. Amazing bodywork, low mileage, reasonable price. The transaction & communication was superb, I work in a main dealer & my standards are very high, but all my expectations were met.

Few days after purchasing, I removed the bumper to notice a few grilles/brackets were damaged (not visible) 1 quick message to Eliot, parts paid for & coveted without hassle. Sorted my Tax & paperwork. Very hassle free transaction. Full credit to Elliot, Thankyou everyone @ TMG. A+

I bought a car from TMG in Newark on Click and collect, it's always unnerving buying unseen, but Marc who works there sent extra photos when requested, and also kept me updated when the car would be ready. I think they definitely went above and beyond on the preparation of the car to make sure it was right before I collected it, top job guys Very happy with it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new car.
