Great experience with Katie, from when I first entered the showroom through to choosing and buying a car and then aftercare help whilst I have been getting familiar with my new car. Polite, friendly and transparent all the way through the buying process and made me feel like a valued customer! The ladies on the front desk were also super polite and helpful

Thank you to everyone at Listers SEAT! I recently bought a used Seat Arona. What a super friendly bunch. I was super nervous getting another car and on the verge of an emotional breakdown, but this branch made it such a lovely and easy process. From reserving the car, the contact made from the team, my endless questions answered (through email and phone), the professionalism and just going above and beyond.
I know it was a push, but they were able to let me drive away that day. I cannot express how much that meant to me! I will definitely be back when its time for an upgrade/change. Would definitely recommend.

Really warm, friendly, welcoming service from Ben. He was very thorough and made sure he went through absolutely everything by before I took my new car home. I also received a couple of follow up phone calls to check I was happy and ask if there was anything they could help with. It was a great experience - would 100% recommend!

Seat Worcester got my second seat arona from them service is good. Location is good but car parking needs to be improved! One on one in getting the car well smoothly and good to have two way chat and not one sided. I definitely go back and get another car either another seat arona or if the money right a cupra!

Picked our new car up a week ago. From ordering to collection Gavin was excellent. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I've had VW for 20 years and own a number of VW (some brought from listers), just spoken to a brand manage for VW Lister and was less than helpful, so much so put the phone down on me. Lister why are you putting your servicing prices up and now charging for collection and delivery? in these times you need to be competitive not pricing yourself out of the market.

Bought a yaris, instead of being told this is what the range starts at, they asked my wife how much we can afford, she replied 200 they then went for the dearest model at that price 214 a month. We recently had a 40k service charged a ridiculous 325, 1 bulb had gone they charged a 1. Then told air con not working properly after 2 years from new!. that would be another 89. Between us and late father in law weve had around 8 new cars from listers. Absolutely disgusted there all about profit not customer care!.

Prior to today, my mother and father bought all their business and personal cars through Listers and recommended them highly. Today, we witnessed the degrading treatment of a family who had the audacity to cancel their purchase because of a terminal cancer diagnosis. The way they were spoken to was rude, offhand and degrading. Plus no return of their deposit.

I purchased a car from Listers that I had sourced online recently I subsequently picked it up and when I arrived home -some 100 miles away- I noticed some damage to the dashboard - I emailed the salesperson Angelina who had very pleasantly dealt with me - and she immediately got authority to repair the damage and when it had been skilfully repaired and after I had sent evidence of the receipt I was paid in full within 24 hours Excellent customer care throughout the whole process- Thank you and well done! I would buy another car from Listers Honda without hesitation
