I brought a 2016 Audi TT 2.0 S-Line S-Tronic without viewing or test-drive, but purely based on the website advert along with trust and confidence in John Lambert Car Sales. The buying experience with James and the Team was fantastic - relaxed, comprehensive, even a personalised video tour around the car. Everything was catered for - with a service, full MOT, warranty, arranging tax and fuel for me to drive away, and the car was in gleaming reflective condition.

With hindsight I did not ask key questions like Service History. But I had no concerns, for the paperwork and history all checks out with the car being properly cared for. To turn up and be introduced to this car, right down to my stupid questions of 'how do I start it up', and driving it away was quite surreal.
