I try so hard to like this place. I've just tried to book my car (which I bought brand new from them) in for a service, waited while it rang and then they just 'hung up' on me. Got the feeling they couldn't be bothered.

Reasonable selection of secondhand cars, but almost all were above my budget. Salespeople sell very busy so they gave melted keys of the one car I was interested in, to look at it. No pressure to buy but on the other hand, I wasn't really looked after
