RENAULT INTRANET, a state of the art, internet based communications system, maintains a constant link to Renault headquarters through which we send and receive up to the minute technical information about YOUR vehicle in an instant. Utlising Renaults latest diagnostics system, OPTIMA 5800, we are able to tap into the computer of ANY vehicle and retrieve vital information when diagnosing difficult faults.
