Very very rude customer service by someone named Paul who works in parts department. Really shocked in the way this guy spoke to me during a phone call very unprofessional. I am literally in shock still! What a rude guy!

Parking is very awkward. Some of the staff really go out of their way to help, others make you feel like an inconvenience. Their prices were good, hence why I used, but their customer service could be better.

We went for a test drive today in a Subaru xv. We broke down a few miles from the garage in a very dangerous situation because the salesman had not put in enough fuel! He said he had checked it but the car was on a ramp when he did this! We were put in a dangerous situation as a result of this poor service. Mazda leave a half tank of fuel so you can test drive in safety. Very poor.

I've had my car serviced here the last few years which is good but anything too technical they can no always fine the fault, but a good garage
