Purchasing a used car is always something fraught with anxiety and low expectations in my experience, but I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent level of customer service here. The sales manager, Grahame, was professional, honest and fair, and I didn't feel pressured or blagged-to in any way. I left a happy customer, and the car is still going as well which is always a bonus.
