They talk you through the different payment options you have, they also offer other optional services, part exchange and full warranties. (with no hard sales tactics) The transaction was smooth and quick and my car was ready to be collected within a week. The part-exchange of my vehicle was all completed online and had confirmation sent through to my email immediately from the DVLA.
