What a great company, I have been to JCT for years for my Mercedes service/MOT, every year I have been disappointed with their customer service. I found these guys to do a diagnostic last year. They did the work (perfect) and I returned this week for a service/MOT. Great staff, down to earth and approachable. Best of all (as a dog mum) they let dogs in when you drop off an pick up. What more could you ask for

Chris was the gentleman that helped me from start to finish. He made the whole process as painless as possible and actually made the purchase quite fun.
