I'm not one to write a review, however, I felt I had to on this occasion. I made an online enquiry overnight and the next morning I had a call from Grant in the sales team. I was interested in the Audi A3 they had for sale. Grant took his time to go through everything in detail over the phone, ensuring every step of the way I understood everything. He sent me a detailed video of the vehicle and agreed to deliver the car direct to my home address with no hesitation.
Day of the delivery come Grant arrived as expected, remaining professional, going through again in detail everything and checking everything was okay. The whole experience from Grant and the team at Anthony Betts was amazing. Kept to there word, first class service. It shows customer service is not always bad and will be certainly sending business your way in the future. Thanks again Grant 5*

We dropped in on the off-chance of replacing a recently destroyed C3 (courtesy of inexperienced driver with a desire to get home quickly at our expense). Met by Chris Stansfield who spotted us wandering on the forecourt. Cutting a long story short, he did his job - found us exactly what we wanted & we have a very nice Vitara. Thanks Chris.

Went with my wife to look at a car with a view to buy for her found whole experience a pleasure salesman Grant Forbes very pleasant not pushey gave us relevant information about the car left with the car as a result car was purchased and delivered the next day service was first rate thank Grant for everything you did for us

Very professional and friendly service. I had a problem with my Fiat 500 and rang this business as I had dealt with them previously. They immediately asked me to visit when I told them the problem to diagnose the issue and then completed the necessary work whilst I waited. This is such a refreshing change from other car dealerships and I will certainly be going back. The people I dealt with were excellent and the technician was very helpful. A big "thank you" to Callum today following an issue with a flat battery on a used car we purchased a month ago. We live 200 miles away and he quickly arranged for a replacement battery from a local motor factors. The car is now fine. Not many garages would have been so understanding and efficient.
