So my car went into Barrett jaguar body shop for accident repair and came out with 2 faults it didn't go in with. And they refusing to put right, stay well clear of them I advise no one to use them. Customer servise is rubbish to. I will nevwe use them again or recommend them to any one

Great service right up until the point of collection! Owned a Range Rover Sport for three weeks and it has been back to the dealership five times, the latest time it has been there for the past three days! No ETA on repair! Barretts showed no ownership of problems, and unwilling to discuss the return of the vehicle. Unfortunately now having to go down the road of seeking legal advice!

Helpful service and sales department. Test drive given.allow you to take on own and test without pressure. Sales team brilliant. Ordered new f pace for March 18. Whole process without a problem. This will be my third from them as they don't disappoint. Keep up the good work.
