Absolutely faultless experience when buying a car from here, particularly from Neil who helped me out with information about the car and arranging finance. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and wasn't sure what to expect however it was straight forward and hassle free. Great price for a great quality car, I couldn't be happier. I was declined finance, no one else could help, however Neil from the motor place called me and allowed me a pick of a car. The motor place is one of the best places to go in grimsby, I got a Ford fiesta and when I picked it up it looked brand new, fully MOT, service history, 4 new tyres and a full clean. will advise anybody to go down and see Neil, hes the man!!!

Over the last 5 years I have purchased two used cars from The Motor Place and have never had any major problems with either of them,Any minor problems that I have had have been ironed out by Paul and his mechanics,Mark and the other guy (whose name I cant recall)
I have always been treated fairly and respectfully by the team and the work has always been carried out to the highest standards, with excellent communications and great customer care ie.I had taken my car in for a 10,000 mile service (which was done quickly and very professionally) I turned up in time to see Paul replacing my number plates with new ones...no charge for this little extra!
I have always been impressed with The Motor Place team they are fast, efficient and professional with a high standard of work.There is always a loan car available if my car has to spend any time in the garage and nothing is too much trouble for the team.
