Snows BMW Isle of Wight were fantastic because the level of service was very high. Charlie was very kind and professional, he explained everything very well and let me test drive the car for a good period of time. Once I ordered the car he kept me informed of progress by phoning me every 2 weeks, even when I was on holiday. He has also contacted me twice in the 3 weeks since I picked it up to make sure I am happy and getting on well with the car and offered for me to go in and go through any controls I don’t understand.
