EMG Holdings Limited was formed in June 1999 with the intention of taking control of the Cambridge Customer Marketing area (CMA). On 9 th December 1999 the EMG Group commenced trading at the Ford Dealerships at Bury St. Edmunds, Thetford and Spalding which were acquired from R.C.Edmondson Limited. During February 2000 Cambridge and Ely were purchased from City Ford and the CMA was completed in February 2001 when the Haverhill Dealership was opened. Although the EMG Group has a short history, it is already listed in the Top 100 automotive dealers in the country. It has won three prestigious Automotive Management awards together with two Ford European Chairman's Awards.
